Adding bl4 library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add bl4

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

bl4 = "0.5.19"

The bl4 library will be automatically available globally. Read the bl4 library documentation.
