Katie, Emma, and Jay have been listening to The Killers since they were little—members of the first generation to truly grow up with the band. Now in their twenties, these three ladies have found that the love they hold for their favorite band has only grown over time. On the Killersluts Podcast, they take a look at the band’s discography to analyze the music and lyrical content while considering the history of the band. But the main goal is to make each other laugh.

This week, we wanna know if the answer is no, and if it might be possible to change your mind if it is. What is the question? Brandon doesn't say, but it's probably something really sweet. Tune into this episode to hear some of the drama behind the release of Change Your Mind and the Change Your Mind shirt incident of 2004.

Sunday Feb 15, 2026
You're looking at the man! In this extra long episode, we gush about our deep love for the subject of The Man, aka, Brandon Flowers circa 2004. This episode features lots of Ronnie quotes (happy 50th bday Ronnie!) and a music video watch-along at the end. Be warned, things get a little crazy

Sunday Feb 01, 2026
Hard times don't come until tomorrow! This week, we're talking about Move Away. We are all obsessed with this song, which just so happened to be on the Spider-Man 3 soundtrack. Brandon's got a bad habit of mumbling, especially on this track, so tune in for lots of discussion about what we think he may be saying.

Thursday Jan 15, 2026
In our first episode of the new year, we're in the lightning fields of love! For the first time in KSP history, opinions are kind of split on this song! Tune in to hear our praises and grievances about the song, and then you can decide whose side you're on.

54: New Years Recap 2025!

Thursday Jan 01, 2026
INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS EPISODE WAS RECORDED BEFORE BRANDON'S INSTAGRAM Q&A WHERE HE COMPLETELY DUNKED ON US AND REVEALED THAT FLAMINGO 3/4 AS WELL AS THE SOLO TOUR ARE HAPPENING IN 2026. SORRY BRANDON. WE DIDN'T MEAN ANY OF THE AWFUL THINGS WE (or our fans) SAID.
He also said the Hot Fuss DVD is still happening, so we're sorry about that as well.
Happy New Year!

53: Mr. Brightside

Monday Dec 15, 2025
This week, we decided to reintroduce ourselves because we figured new listeners might check out this episode first. We were absolutely terrible at this, so skip to about 25 or 30 minutes in if you're only here to listen to us talk about Mr. Brightside and not... Spotify Wrapped and fanfiction about ourselves.
Anywho, this week we're talking about Mr. Brightside! This is the song that started it all! Tune in to hear us talk about the history of the song, and all the ways that the lyrics ended up being a sort of self-fulfilling prophecy for the life of the band to come.
Check out our Instagram (polls for the New Year's episode coming soon!)

52: All The Pretty Faces
Monday Dec 01, 2025
Monday Dec 01, 2025
This week's episode is completely normal. We're talking about the song All The Pretty Faces, written by The Killers while on the Hot Fuss tour in 2005. We state objective facts about the song with zero bias, and you, as the listener, can draw your own conclusions from those facts. Honestly, the episode is kinda boring, so maybe you can just skip this one. Nothing weird happens. At all.

51: Why Do I Keep Counting?
Saturday Nov 15, 2025
Saturday Nov 15, 2025
If all of our episodes are numbered, why do we keep counting? Tune in this week to hear us gush on what we consider to be one of the best songs of all time--Why Do I Keep Counting? In this episode, we discuss the toll of life on tour, wanting impossible answers from a higher power, and Brandon's fear of flying. We also do a lot of singing. (HELP ME GET DOWN, I CAN MAKE IT!)

Katie, Emma, and Jay really like The Killers. Some might even say they’re sluts for ‘em.
You wouldn't expect the Grammy-nominated indie-synth-pop-glam-heartland-rock band The Killers to have a substantially large online following comprised of people aged 15-30, but they do. Best friends Katie, Emma, and Jay all met online thanks to their love of the band and have decided to share that love with the world at large. This decision was made to honor the fact that teenage girls have been the deciding factor in what is popular and successful since the time of The Beatles, yet are so often ridiculed for unapologetically loving their favorite bands.

The Killersluts Podcast is a love letter to friendship, deep cuts, stan twitter, looking too deeply into things, and making stupid jokes about what you love with who you love.
