Typically, we begin with an initial consultation to explore your needs and determine the most supportive way to work together. I offer individual sessions as a psychotherapist and psycho-spiritual guide via The Multi-Dimensional Holistic Transformation (MHT) Process — a model I’ve developed to support deep emotional healing, spiritual growth, and lasting integration.
Couples Work: Supporting Connection, Trust & Growth
I’m trained as a couples therapist and coach, and I draw from a variety of evidence-based and experiential modalities — including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Somatica. These approaches support partners in deepening emotional connection, improving communication, rebuilding trust, and cultivating a more conscious and fulfilling relationship.
Family Work: Strengthening Bonds & Restoring Harmony
I’m also trained as a family therapist and work with families to navigate conflict, improve communication, and support healing across generations. My approach draws from structural, strategic, and attachment-based family therapy, as well as experiential practices such as family constellation and psychodrama. These sessions create a space for deeper understanding, emotional connection, and the restoration of trust within the family system.
