Depending on the amount of detail in the commission, price may vary.

Visual references (pre-existing artwork, pinterest board, background etc) as well as detailed description is needed. The more information the better.

20% extra of base price per extra outfit design. (Applicable for Option 2 only)

15% extra of base price for extra head-shots. (Applicable for Option 4 only)

All payment are done via PayPal and in British Pound Sterling.

I take 50% payment upfront. Money must be paid before the commission begins. I will not begin work until the payment has been received.

The second half of the payment must be given after sketch is confirmed by client.

Payment plans are available, this will depend on the price and your circumstances.

PAYMENT PLANS I PROVIDE-

Plan A : 50% before sketch, 50% before completion.

Plan B : 40% before sketch, 40% before render, 20% before completion.

Plan C : Monthly installment before final commission will be sent. (You will only receive full commission after full payment is received.)

Finished piece will not be given until full payment is paid.

The client will receive a high-resolution in png-format after commission is complete. Originals (psd-files) will not be provided.

I do not accept cryptocurrency.

After first payment is received, I will start working and send an initial sketch (or a couple options), so you can approve. After approval and final half of the payment is received I will start on finalizing your commission. I will update you on the process a few times until completion.

Minor changes are possible at any stage (eg. small details, colours). If you require a major change (eg. Body position change, clothing) at any stage after approval of sketch, I will charge 20% extra.

Size will be in A4, 300 dpi. Prices may vary for larger or smaller sizes of artworks.

Commissions will take up to 1-4 weeks unless specified. If any delay arises you will be notified.

I will draw Fanart, Original characters, NSFW, Armour, Gore, Fandom ships, Furries.

I won't draw Robots, Mecha, A different artist style, any form of hateful or racist imagery.

Commissions are for personal use only. No reproduction is to be made for business, people or products of any kind. If a client wishes to request a commercial piece (a product in any form that will be sold outside of the client themselves) then commercial rates are applicable which can be discussed via email only.

I have the right to refuse a commission.

I reserve the right to stop work on a commission or cancel a Commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior or a breach of these Terms of Service.

The client may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.

I reserve the rights to use any finished commissions in my portfolio and social media platform, unless not otherwise agreed upon.

I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the client for other commissions or personal works.

I, the artist, hold the rights to the artwork produced during the commission. Rights cannot be bought

The client holds the right to their character(s).

Any illustration produced by me, the artist, cannot be sold for cryptocurrency/NFT.

The client may upload the artwork produced to their personal website or social media, BUT CREDIT IS REQUIRED. 'Art by Kat Wick' is more then okay.

If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage you will be refunded 50% of what you have paid.

If you wish to cancel your commission after the sketch stage you will be refunded 50% of what you have paid.
