Hello, as an in game moderator I can help with the followong:
- Name changes:
- To request a name change please send me a dm with the following outline:
- Current name:
- New name:
- Alternative new name:
- When I reply "Done", restart your game to apply the change.
- Name changes are available once every 30 days.
- If an avatar is not active for 6 months, you can claim the name for you.
- To request a name change please send me a dm with the following outline:
- Avatar Restoration:
- If you accidentally deleted one of your avatars, you have to contact me with another avatar linked to the same account and request for an avatar restoration by providing the avatar's name.
- There is a 30 days cooldown for restoring an avatar.
- Oversight of code selling:
- If you are selling or buying a code feel free to send me a pm help with the process and avoid scam attempts.
- Seller and buyer will meet me at the bank after contacting me.
- I will verify that the buyer has the funds, based on the agreed price, and the seller has a valid code.
- Then, depending on whether the buyer is a premium account or not, the seller would give the code to the buyer to activate it and the buyer relogs and pays via the banking system.
If you got banned, there is nothing I can do to remove the ban.
