I got this vacuum 4 months ago and have been using it almost every day since. I love how lightweight and easy it is to use! The battery lasts for about a week of daily use (in my 600 sqft apartment). The wheels navigate surfaces well and the suction power is surprisingly great on tile, wood, and carpet. The light on the head can be a little glitchy and doesn’t always turn on, but that’s not a big deal for me (especially considering the quality for price). It’s easy to empty the dust collection compartment and to clean the brush bristles of hair and fluff. The upholstery attachment is also really handy, and removes dust and debris from in between cushions easily. I’ve used a cordless Dyson vacuum before and honestly I prefer this one because it’s still powerful but more lightweight and easier to use! And the price can’t be beat ;) overall I highly recommend!

Very Disappointing - No QC as I cannot use the vacuum

I ordered the vacuum about a week ago and the following day, there was a $40 coupon on the item. Called Amazon and they said the item had already shipped and I was told to order a new one as they couldn't price adjust the item or stop the shipping, and return the initial order when received. So I ordered a second vacuum (at the cheaper price). Upon receiving both items, I opened the latter one only to find a lot of difficulty trying to unlock the compartment to the filter on the vacuum. The instructions were straightforward but the trouble-shooting part of it was not helpful, and there were no support number or website to assist. YouTube had one video and I was still not able to rotate the top of the compartment to unlock it. I put in a lot of my time and effort trying open it but it shouldn't be this difficult, and I believe it is defective as I was not able to access the filter. I decided to open/test the item of my first order, and (spoiler alert) found it to be defective for a different reason. Initially, I bought the vacuum based on the high star-rating and positive reviews, however, I would not recommend this vacuum due to the poor quality control (QC) as I received two defective products. Sorry, I will be returning both items. Thank you.

I apologize for the long read as it appears I can only write one review on the same product so here's what happened with my second item ordered. Long story short, I bought this vacuum based on the high star-rating and positive reviews. However, after spending a lot of my time and trouble-shooting, I was not able to open/unlock the filter compartment on the vacuum due to a defective product. Fortunately, I had ordered a second item because of a lowered price and planned on returning the original one (as per Amazon's suggestion). I still wanted the vacuum and to test it out so I opened the second one. Thank goodness the filter cabin unlocked and I was able to access the filter, however, when trying to align and lock the top of the compartment I was not able to. Again, I spent some time and energy in trying to trouble-shoot but no matter how hard I tried (without breaking it), I could not align/lock the top cover. So it appears that I had received another defective item. What are the chances that I would get two consecutive products that are defective?! Sorry, I cannot recommend this product due to poor quality control (QC) and will be returning them both. Thanks.

OK - our house is cleaner because of its mobility (no need to go & grab the big vacuum from storage, as it’s always near and “ready to go” so easy now.
It works great on both - hard floors and carpet. The only problem is bath mats - they are rolled to brushes and vacuum cleaner becomes stuck. But that's not the vacuum fault..

From technical perspective - I was skeptical to use battery powered vacuum because used to use more powerful 2200W canisters vacuums, but works great!.
Battery is enough to clean 2 story house if it has hard floors or 1 story with carpet (4 rooms + 2 bath + 5 WC) I was afraid of battery life time and though to buy second battery, but no need - even on a turbo power it lasts 10+ minutes.
Suction power is ok, I use the turbo button more, and picks up everything!
On the carpet the same..
The brush head is light and easy to use.
This “folding feature” is great for under the furniture.
Easy to clean. Good HEPA filter.
Fillers are inexpensive and quick to change.. (Comes with 3 extra)
One issue is the storage brackets.. Just comes with a basic wall mount and the vacuum stands on the floor, but it's not a $800 vacuum with fancy wall mounts..

I bought this to try out solely for pet hair removal form my floors. I sweep the regularly but I have a Rottweiler dog. Despite the efforts of sweeping daily, this dog manages to have bundles of hair everywhere especially around his kennel. This little , light weight cordless vacuum does an awesome job of sucking up these hairs plus whatever other dust bunnies that maybe lurking. I even gave the kids room a quick once over and it picked up things that I didn't want to bend over for lol. The head not the waste basket got plugged. Sorry I didn't take a picture but it was almost full and easy to empty. I wouldn't say it would be my first choice for deep cleaning carpets but hardwood type flooring it's worth every penny. Lightweight and does lightweight work effectively and efficiently. Battery is great. Much better then the Dyson cordless I have which is going to the dump soon.
