We´re back. I was happy to see my Mom who picked us up from train station Seesen - after a ca. 30-hour-journey.
(But it was so sad to have to go. Who knows when we can come back??? (This is not an "if"!))
(Start 09:10 in Landsdale to Perth train station via good ole Transperth where you say "thank you!" to the driver, by foot to No. 37 Transperth at William Street crn Georges Trc to domestic airport, then via free Qantas-shuttle to international airport [meeting Rodney and his family {after sadly missing a further meetup with Deanne - thanks there are no more people involved, the signs to fit them in go out...}] - I come to this later - to Singapore with 2 1/2 hours stop (with free internet access to put some e-mails on).. hey! a pic from winter... ehm... SUMMER... christmas! in Perth (please click to enlarge... the emphases is on the blue sky, though!!!):

Then from Singapore to Frankfurt... a horrible guy behind me bumping in my seat, snoring and what ever didn´t let me sleep.
Next pic - Ingo doesn´t smoke - he just breathes!!!

ACK!!! It´s "bloody" cold here!!!
Via train to Goettingen. To Kreiensen, to Seesen. With my Mom to Rhueden, fetching my car from Ingo´s Grandma. Getting Ingo´s car from his friend in Bornhausen. Buying something to eat, being greeted "Good morning" at around noon (they do so here in the village) - to us it was evening!
Have something to eat, a shower, try to stay up as long as possible, watching the DVDs we brought. Sleeping in the living room, since thats the only warm room here!
Getting up at 05:00 am (feeling like noon), watching all the pics we took (sorry to Rodney - though I had my cam with me, I was to nervous to take pics! But Rodney and his wife, Pauline, did, you can see it
here (his children look in reality way younger than on the pics... and they behave like grown-ups! And his wife was a pleasure to talk to, too :-)!)
Well. I´m going to visit my family as soon as they get up - oups. 3 hours left ´til then... we have to buy food since tomorrow it´s already New Years Eve!!!
So. I´m not sure how and where (
flickr?) to present the pics taken, but I will...
Go for a coffee now! (Rodney and Deanne: Here a coffee warms me up and I like to have one. In Perth, iced coffee and orange juice or water was it! :-)...)
Ingo makes a coffee now and a
real bread with salami, cheese, radish and tomatoe and special spices - everyone is invited to taste real bread here - the only thing I missed in beatuiful Perth!
Happy New Year to everey one!!!!
