Andrew... As I said in the classroom, I really enjoyed the course, as I did the others! I'm into doing courses these days. Haha Thank you Andrew, and thank you for being my favorite medi teacher for a whole decade! I don't know what I'd do w/out your meditations. I am so glad I found you when I did! This was amazing! I do a lot of body scan meditations and I enjoyed that thsi one was a bit different. First of all I loved how it started at one foot and when up one side of the body and then back down the other than up the middle and down the back. I also liked that this was a seated body scan as I have only ever done supine body scans so this was different and I am going to save it so I can use it during the day seated at my desk for a refresh. As always Andrew sonar disappoint and the second his voice starts it brings a smile to my face. My kids call his meditations Santa clause mediations and i can't help but agree :-)
