So, Have you ever noticed how your Nursery Rhymes are just one song but with different lyrics ? If you remember the tone then. Sing this. “Twinkle Twinkle, Yes Papa, How I wonder, No Papa” and now this. “Johhny Johhny, Little Star, Eating Sugar, what you are”

Go in try it, with the lyrics interchanged you can still sing it and the reason is the Tune which is the same for all the Nursery Rhymes.

So, as the Title goes, it’s about psychology and especially your subconsciousness.

Now, you might be someone who is the same age as me, I am 30. Maybe you and I have come from different places in Life, faced different situations, and now at this age we are different people working different Jobs and performing different roles which maybe I am not. Some of you might be married and now play as Husband/Wife and have responsibilities more than what you had when you were single and if you have a child then congratulations you have stepped up to a new height that exposes your psyche and perception to the new things which you didn’t knew before. Congratulations to making to that point of life.

Now, what I have to say is. No matter what you have become and where you have come from, till the time you and I belong to the same point of Life and have shared the same culture around us which includes even the Media exposure, Pop culture etc which has shaped a part of our childhood which grew into teenage and youth and now 30s. There is something that connects all of us till date. And not just us but our subconscious.

For e.g. say the song Rock your Body from Backstreet Boys or One Love from Blues. One of the biggest hits and almost all of us has heard it. Or if you’re a Michael Jackson fan then who hasn’t watched the videos and don’t remember his hits which played in a loop every day.

The conditioning of the Mind, the Little Albert Experiment which was embedded in your system since your childhood through pop culture and media and still is in effect and guess what it’s all natural.

Now coming back to why the 18+ thing. How many of your know Johnny Sins ? Please don’t lie you dirty rascal. Everyone knows him, but there are so many others in that industry too but you don’t remember any of their names and even if you do it’s nothing like Johnny .. should I tell you that it’s mostly his name that has affected you. The name Johnny, which is the most common name to your psyche and then again.. Johhny Johnny Yes Papa. You have this name etched to your memory since your childhood, and when something etched to your memory becomes attached to something you like and starts exciting your mind then the magic begins.

Haha, this is not all. If one or say I can find the such embedded triggers in your mind especially in your subconsciousness then I get to have control over your perception, making you believe what I want you to believe and I can even limit your thoughts to where I want so that you cannot think beyond that boundary at all. For kids, the pop culture of Anime.. especially Dragon Ball Z.. Goku.. ah, you’re a fan ain’t it. So am I and many are but what if I say that I can tune your etched memory and attach Goku to something you’re find of making you have such a delusion that you would in your mind start believing that you’re Goku himself ? Can I control your mind with that ? Yes I can. (Don’t worry i will not let you in on the entire recipe, it’s my years of research after all) and not just that even Media itself can be controlled by such things because Media is made out of all of these things.

I sometimes remember when our ancestors used to say that you shouldn’t watch too much Television and it will ruin your mind and even now our parents who keep scolding us to get our heads out of our Mobile Phones. They always were right even though they never knew what they were exactly talking about, they never exactly knew the Danger but always had a sense of it.

Oh, don’t worry it’s only a prelude to something, a snippet, I won’t be writing my whole research down here without publishing it first and publishing it is also not my intention, my intention is to gain the power which my study can provide me. I mean no harm, but then again who doesn’t love to play around a bit, even Iron Man played with his suit when he first built it, even Superman flew off to far places just for fun, exploration it’s called and thus for a moment there I accessed your memory of Iron Man and Superman which in your memory is currently embedded in the image of Robert Downey Jr and Henry Cavill.. don’t tell me you didn’t imagine them for a second while reading this paragraph. 😉

I hope you have understood why I have listed the most important 3 places which defines the word Leadership today.

Do you see the same kind of Leader and Leadership in all the 3 places ? Or does it keep on changing ?

Politics sucks, especially the Politics today, in today’s world Political Leadership is too much Militant and Terrorist styled and themed outfits. There is no decency anymore and in 2021 everything is crystal clear. Politicians would do anything to get their own way so that they can have sovereign control over everything and you know that too. Whether it be controlling and manipulating Health and Healthcare, Life Wages and Funds, Crime Law and Order. You know what you as a common person who pays their taxes and earn a living has to fight for every single day, don’t you ? Now, I called the 2021 leadership as Militant and Terrorist styled themed. So I do deserve an explanation lest someone is offended by Hixeta Kalkri, again. So, have you noticed how ever since there was a change of shift in the ideology world wherein Government moved from Left to Right in not just one part but many parts of the world simultaneously ? Hope you noticed that, so ever since that begun, there has been some weird changes going on in and around the world. Aggression never seen before, unknown and unwanted Chaos in the world and finally a Pandemic that no one ever asked for and all the Governments who were fighting for what not causes ended up failing to save their own people whom they promised change and what not other things which they never delivered. Yet, it did deliver something and that is Rage, a fire within common people whose innocence they took away and dragged into a fictional war that never existed and should had never been there to begin with. So, ain’t that the Terrorist and Militant Model of Ideologies ? You know yourself if not then look back at your life before these new people who you never expected came to chair .. and see what and where they have dragged you to and for what good reasons. Haha, remember a time when Georgie Bush got a Shoe Thrown at Him and even Mr Obama had a shoe and a book thrown at Him ? I dare anyone to throw a shoe at any big time leader today, either they will destroy your Life or get you Murdered, so yeah, militants and terrorists of today who cannot even tolerate true criticism and playing pretend Gods when Politicians are nothing more than Servants to The People who elected them in Power.

Now, moving on to Organisational Leadership, haha, I bet everyone who works in corporate, especially someone like me who went in a place to learn the Doctrines and Practices of Organizations know what is the scene in the market ? Indeed not everyone follows the same method but yet it’s like being in a donut store, where it’s all donuts but not all are same, but at the end of the day it’s all donuts anyways. I mean that’s what I have come to terms with. Oh and yes not the mention the ones that practice malpractice, like the current place where I am hoarded up, eww, those are the rotten donuts you wouldn’t even want to touch. But, hitherto, except those organisations who practices wrong methods and their leadership that’s much worse than any, there are better organisations out there who can teach you a lot in a good manner and help you evolve not just as a person but as a human being too, you’ll have to be lucky to find a place like that, but I can guarantee you this out of experience and knowledge and data that you wouldn’t find such leadership in the Big Sharks cause they are all about numbers and profits and not even the rotten ones who want to be big players in the scene but uses malpractice. You will find that exquisite Donut only if you’re Lucky enough to land up under a good leader who knows the struggles and is a good human being themselves. Rest, I think majority of the world know most of it and I am a nobody to talk about it more than this much, “you know what you have to deal every day better than me” so… Godspeed on your careers but I request one thing to anyone reading this, please don’t become a Copy Paste version of anyone especially your leaders, you try to be a Good one or a Better One so that you can change the world for good. It’s my bad that I have only come across copy pastes, and many have to abide to their superiors that end up making them bad too. So, please, fight the system and change the system if you can and for Good, only for Good.

Now, the final one, the Home Leaders. So whether you’re a Politician, or a Corporate Boss or just a regular person. How do you lead your home ? Do you let the outer world influence your inner world ? Never make this mistake, making the outer and the inner world one. Keep them seperate always no matter what happens, you might be and might have to pretend to be someone else on the outer world, but in the inner world be something that’s filled with Love and Fire that burns the sorrows of all and fill them with Love and Motivation which keeps the smiles in the faces of your Loved ones intact. Well, home is where your heart is, and a Good heart in a safe place in safe hands will always let you be a Good Soul, the Light of your Inner World will certainly start to reflect in the Outer World but there is a dark awakening to this fact too, and it’s my personal experience with which i speak, be ready to fight and defend your inner world, cause in the outer world there are certain elements which would try to destroy your inner world, how you fight and how you protect your inner world is where you become a true leader. I as a person am still learning that myself so, any suggestions from anyone who has more experience is much appreciated always.
