Help This Family Move to a Safer Home

So, me, my wife, and our son currently live in a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse. Ever since we moved in, we've had issues with appliances, mainly kitchen ones like our stove, dishwasher, and fridge. Our stove has shorts where the burners will overheat, and the oven will overheat as well. The bottom left burner is the biggest problem of all; it overheats the most and even melted a pot to the stove. My landlord won't replace it, and if I replace the oven, he told me we are getting evicted. Our fridge was replaced within a month of us moving in, but one night during a bad storm, we lost power in the house. After the storm, the fridge wouldn't keep food cool or freeze anything in the freezer. It turns out the defrost switch broke in the fridge, and it was continuously in defrost mode. We couldn't keep food in the house for more than 24 hours for 3 months until the fridge was finally fixed.

The carpet by my son's bedroom door is torn up. I told the landlord about it 2 months ago because my son started getting stabbed by the tack strip in the floor. We still have the carpet messed up by the doorway, and my two-year-old son keeps walking on it. I've taken him to get a tetanus shot to be safe. Our dishwasher no longer drains; it has a backflow issue and has stagnant, moldy water in it. It's a new dishwasher, replaced the same day as the fridge, and was used for 4 months before the drainage issue. It won't be fixed no matter how many times I've told him to fix it. Lastly, the breaker box went out while I was on a trip to Michigan for Christmas. We had mice in the breaker box, and the wiring was chewed. There was a nest behind the breaker box. The landlord was on vacation at the time, and he told me to pay for it, and he'd take the money off my rent. I didn't complain about it until my mom told me how dumb it was that he told me to do that.

In conclusion, we need to move out of here. I don't feel safe having to use a camping stove to cook my food. I don't like watching my son get hurt just playing in his room and walking around. I don't like having to wait to have working appliances. I need to move somewhere that I can feel comfortable living in and not have issues with my appliances. The $2500 is to help us move into somewhere new. It'll cover the first month's rent and the deposit. If there's anything over the $2500, I can afford it myself, but
WELL FUN NEWS WE FOUND BLACK MOLD IN THE HOUSE TOO SO THATS AN ADDED BONUS FOR US NEEDING TO MOVE
we need to move as soon as possible for my family's comfort and safety.
