  1. Swapped the order of strings and bool. 

    When custom decoders are used for example, GRDB's ColumnDecoder (https://github.com/groue/GRDB.swift/blob/62450b581746fa9da7637db8078f521a73373376/GRDB/Record/FetchableRecord%2BDecodable.swift#L449-L465)

It always parse bool and other values. Causing incorrect parsing.
