  1. fix: avoid unwrap() panic in delete_prefix parsing 

    Replace unwrap() with unwrap_or_default() when parsing RUSTFS_FORCE_DELETE header
to prevent potential panic if header value is not valid UTF-8. This ensures safe
fallback to default behavior (delete_prefix = false) instead of crashing.
