  1. Remove basic auth from nginx container. 

    There's some issues with using HTTP auth in front of devpi when the
HTTP auth users don't map to the devpi users (e.g.
https://bitbucket.org/hpk42/devpi/issues/331/basic-auth-devpi).

We now use EC2 security groups to control access to our devpi server.
