What I believe in

There is a lot that I could say about my projects, but it all boils down to the same two sentiments:

• I like to make cool and useful stuff, whether that stuff is a console hardware mod, a reverse-engineered replacement part, or a JavaScript library.
• I believe everything should be as cheap as I can make it. The very large majority of my projects are free and open source. For the few projects that are not free, I try to charge the bare minimum just to help cover development time and expenses.

Why are there no rewards for sponsors

I believe that sponsoring me should be totally optional. I believe that you deserve the same low-cost or free usage of my projects regardless of whether you pay a "monthly membership" or not. I do greatly appreciate all of my sponsors, but I believe that I should give back as much value as possible to everyone, not just those who could afford to pay for it. That is why I believe everything should be impact-oriented, not profit-oriented. You can look at paying for my sponsorship like investing in open source projects, not buying a premium tier of software.
