  1. Run content functions before opening, and not on Drop creation 

    Currently, Drop loads the content function once on page load, and once _after_
every hover.  What seems more commonly desirable is running the function just
before showing the tooltip.

This changes that behavior by introducing a `beforeOpen` event, and using that
to update the content pre-`position`.
