  1. fix: only read stdin when no CLI message provided 

    Avoids Bun's buggy stdin handling (syscall: TODO, fd: 0)
when running in non-TTY mode with a CLI-provided message.

This fixes crashes in synopencode-worker which passes prompts
as command line arguments rather than via stdin.
