  1. Added bootstrap and made changes to use it. 

    Should be somewhat pretty, but you never know. I added navbars, a two
column layout, various hrules, and some touches like blockquotes to add
to the aesthetic appeal. Considering adding panels and some javascript
hiding stuff to make large pages look less intimidating.
