use metacode to reading comments

Hi!

I have just created a library that contains a parser for machine-readable comments, as well as a ready-made standard for this. I believe that this area in the Python ecosystem needs to be standardized, and cool global tools like flake8 could be a frontier in this matter. What would you say about the idea of using metacode for comment parsing?

given it's currently a single regex and a well tested parser it's exceedingly unlikely that we would instead change to a whole dependency we have no control over

not to mention, metacode doesn't appear to be compatible at all with the current comment system and I'm not entertaining a giant breaking change for little to no reason
