File transfer and reset

Dear all,

I have been trying to connect a new PyControl setup to my GUI and I keep getting an error 'Insufficient space on pyboard filesystem to transfer file' (see full error message below).

I have tried resetting the board multiple times but for some reason it behaves differently from the description in micropython docs 7.2. Factory reset the filesystem. Namely, the orange and green LEDs never rest on simultaneously (point 5), but the orange flashes while I still hold USR and then only the red LED goes on. I'm not sure whether that means the board reset, but it doesn't solve the transfer issue.

Do you maybe have any suggestions what to try next?

Apologies for the delay getting back to you. It is strange that the factory reset is not working as usual. What version of the pyboard are you using and where did you get it from?

Dear Thomas, Thank you for your response. We got the “pyControl - Mouse Behaviour Box (Complete Set No 1)” from LABmaker. The pyboard should be the 1.2 version (it says pyControl 1.2 on it).
