network_failure while using Mailgun SMTP via Bamboo.SMTPAdapter

I use the environments in docker-compose.yaml to run Plausible:

get an error in docker logs when trying to send an password reset notification:

I tried to enable/disable SSL (#887) , but error is still occurs.

Did I miss any configuration? Thanks.
