Hi, i'm new so looking for advice. I'm just running in windows 10 with latest windows terminal and pwsh 7.
Installed just every code via "npm install -g @just-every/code" and codex via winget.
I have the same filesystem MCP setup in both configs but for some reason I can't seem to get code to detect / work with the filesystem MCP. Code appears to detect the filesystem mcp when i enter /mcp but throws the error in attached on startup and can't seem to return the filesystem commands so i figured somethings not right. I've tried a few different command args to try find one which works but no joy.
so i have same configs for both code and codex running in same repo, left is code and right is codex, but appear to have some issues with code accessing filesystem mcp.
also every time i launch code it appears to want to download and install each time
config snippet
i figure some of these issues maybe related to me not using WSL, i've just been using codex for a few weeks so am still very new so have just been testing in windows for the moment but will spend sometime learning how to setup WSL as that seems to be the way forward. Any advice appreciated on these issues. Also I can't see where /approvals (codex cmd) is in just-every code /settings. Really hoping to get these little issues ironed out as the features you have added look fantastic.
