Adding Delphi support

In the future (not starting before Q2 2026), I'd like to help implement Delphi support.

I have done converting JavaScript code from generating C# to add Delphi support a while ago, but I am still recovering from cancer treatments (things look good) and I need to find my mentally retarded brother a new home.

Still wanting to do this in the future, as I've been a Delphi user for 30+ years and for Delphi there isn't a tool like this. Having an implementation that generates Delphi code will be valuable for future work I want to do and it would be fun to do some coding while recovering further.

This is work I did earlier:

One question up front:

As the Object Pascal language that sits behind Delphi is case insensitive: are there any other supported languages that are case insensitive as well?
