  1. feat: add low-level memory management methods to SQLite 

    Adds database status and memory management functions to LockedSqliteHandle:
- db_status() for database connection statistics
- memory_used() and memory_highwater() for memory usage tracking
- soft_heap_limit() for heap limit management

Includes comprehensive tests for all new functionality.
