This feature allows a user who can control a room to set someone else in the room to be ready or not ready.
Useful for if someone forgets to change their status or if someone is on voice chat but is away from their keyboard and wants others to update their readiness status.
Requires server to be running latest development build, so can't be tested on public server until that has been updated.
