A pyporject.toml file and poetry.lock file handle the management of the project. Version bumped to 2.0.0 to indicate a breaking change with the parent
Its an outdated package dependency and build flow that does not work as well as poetry

This patch addresses Issue #2, removing the setup.py and requirements.txt and adding a pyproject.toml file
The version was bumped to v2.0.0 in order to signify breaking changes from the parent project
