Deprecate some "dangerous" zmanim

- In an effort to reduce the risk of people using certain zmanim that should only be used as a chumra, as a kula, a number of extreme zmanim were marked as deprecated with a note that there is no plan to remove them. This will force developers to read the documentation and code to alert users if they want to use these zmanim.
- Updated JavaDocs with a link to https://kosherjava.com/2022/01/12/equinox-vs-equilux-zmanim-calculations/ explaining the equilux vs equinox calculations.
