  1. Update Touch.js 

    Over the years, ZIM has been using CreateJS as its base.  We have made several changes to Touch to solve world wide touch screen issues.  We have been running most of this code since 2021.  A couple recent changes have been put in place to solve a glitch in Prometheus boards - they do not properly report maxTouchPoints and are apparently going to provide a software update.  This test was an extra test, that is really not needed with modern pointer events.
