Allow whitelisting apps from the Assistant dialog

It should be easier to disable (or enable) ad blocking for an app.

We should add "WHITELIST" / "REMOVE FROM WHITELIST" buttons to the apps details screens of the Assistant.

When it's whitelisted, it disables (or enables) ad blocking for the whole app.
