Data Sources - Last Input time is not using the timezone from application settings

Describe the bug

The Data Sources - Last Input column is showing times in UTC instead of in the local timezone specified in the application settings.

Regression Issue

• Select this option if this issue appears to be a regression.

Expected Behavior

Everything that displays a date/time should honor the application settings timezone setting, but this does not.

Current Behavior

The times are showing in UTC

Reproduction Steps

Set the application settings timezone to your local timezone.
Look at the Data Sources last input column.
Notice that the times are in UTC.
