Not saving

Hi guys,

I have Codeita setup on my public server and files seem to be saving files inconsistently.

For example I can view the page in the browser but when I return to Codeita after a period of time it loads the old version of the files, sometimes wiping out all code that was written.

Would be grateful if anyone could advise
