[Feature] (optional) exclude work directory from codeita installation

Add a feature to support multiple WWW projects in one Codeita installation even outside of the data directory. The individual projects can be selected by the "edit-dir" selector above the directory listing.

The only issue I've run into pointing the data directory to other directories on the server, is with ownership. The scripts seem to only want to write to files owned by the web server's user. (i.e. www-data)
