Adjustable verbosity

Would be nice to be able to turn down the verbosity on the miner logs.

Right now the greenish text tends to be redundant with the full file name etc. and it's a very long line that wraps that even fullscreen on 1080p for me causes the text to wrap. Perhaps an option to disable that Processed: messages in config

Precision on the MBps could also be set so 21.1112341413245235Mbps is shown as 21.1 or 21.11 instead as that level of prevision just complicates the log viewing.

This should be configurable already but I'll add additional configuration for rounding and move the log level of these messages.
