Default is allow SSL connections.

Quick and dirty hack to vertically align headers. I got no idea why question marks are below text line (Firefox 1.5), so bottom-align looks bad.

Always reload the browser after a failed login.  This is for if the user changes the password for the account they're logged into.  Ideally we'd update the password in their session data as well.

Good bug catch.  I noticed that the 'account' page link was broken for non-superusers.
