The version is now 8.2.0201.
1. Ditinguish the indicaitor and the octet_length field of APD
   clcearly.
2. Handle @@IDENTITY more generally.
3. Take outer join into account so as to evaluate nullability.
4. Fix a bug about Keyset-driven cursors.
