Add a couple of conversion scripts used to get data off the old wwwmaster
onto the new system. Will be deleted once the migration is done, but it's
good to keep them around.
tools/migrate/0_suck_data.sh [new file with mode: 0755] blob
tools/migrate/1_crunch_in_sql.sql [new file with mode: 0644] blob
tools/migrate/2_convert_to_markdown.pl [new file with mode: 0644] blob
