What is Gigpass?
Gigpass is a subscription for live event tickets. With a Gigpass subscription, you can claim unlimited tickets to concerts, parties, and shows in your city.
No hidden fees, no extra charges—just your monthly subscription.
Which cities is Gigpass available in?
Right now, Gigpass is live in Toronto and Vancouver, with more cities on the way. Keep an eye on our social media channels for announcements.
Can I use my membership in different cities?
Yes! Your Gigpass works across all available cities. For example, if you’re subscribed in Toronto, you can also claim tickets in Vancouver if you’re travelling.
How does Gigpass work?
Once you’re subscribed and logged in, you can claim tickets to any event on our platform (while supplies last).
How many tickets can I claim?
You can claim one ticket per event—but as many events as you’d like each month.
Do I need to pay extra for tickets after subscribing?
Nope. Your subscription covers it all.
When does my subscription renew?
Your subscription will renew on a monthly basis. For example, if you signed up on April 15, your next payment will process on May 15.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Just head to your Account page to cancel whenever you’d like.
Are tickets guaranteed for every event?
We receive a set amount of tickets for each event. These are available on a first-come first-serve basis. Sold out shows will be tagged accordingly with a “No More Tickets” tag.
Can I attend events with a friend?
Right now, each member can only claim one ticket per event. Occasionally, we may drop you a bonus ticket as a surprise, but it’s not guaranteed.
Do I get a digital ticket or guestlist access?
It depends on the event. Sometimes you’ll receive a digital QR code ticket, other times your name will be on the guestlist. Check the “Access Details” section on each event for specifics.
I claimed a ticket but haven’t received it yet. When will it arrive?
Tickets are sent out a few hours before the event to prevent reselling and ticket sharing. You’ll get yours in time for the show.
What happens if I can’t attend after claiming a ticket?
If you haven’t received your ticket yet, you can return it in the app so someone else can use it. Once tickets have been issued, they’re non-returnable.

Is there a Gigpass app?
Not yet. Gigpass works directly from your browser on our website. We have plans to build a mobile app in the future, but no announcements yet.
