We’ll be closed Thursday, March 5th.
We’ve got more screenings and events lined up for you in March!

First, we’ll be at Tex Tubb’s Taco Palace as part of their South By Southeast Festival. We’re showing Richard Linklater’s SLACKER, the endlessly quotable precursor of 90s indie film. Our screening is on Wednesday, March 4th, doors at 6:30, movie at 7! Tex Tubb’s will be serving up a SLACKER and Austin themed menu, so be sure to reserve your seat now and check out Tex Tubb’s website for the full week lineup!

Then we’ll be returning to Lola’s Madison Sidecar Lounge with another 90s movie that you can recite in your dreams: THE BIG LEBOWSKI on March 11th, complete with White Russians, a costume contest, and a rug to really tie the room together. Doors at 6, movie at 7!

Finally, we’ll be presenting Strange And Found at Gammy Ray on March 19th! Joe Pickett of Found Footage Festival and Scott Miller of Strange Tapes Zine are trekking up from Chicago to show their favorite VHS discoveries of 2025 from their collection of 15,000 tapes. We’ll be returning to Lola’s Sidecar Lounge with another Movie Party just in time for Valentine’s Day warmup on February 11th. Join us for a classic New York tale of romance, Peter Bogdanovich’s THEY ALL LAUGHED. Ben Gazzara and Audrey Hepburn lead an ensemble cast of ‘80s mile-a-minute lovers in cabs, on roller skates, doing stakeouts, you name it!
