PowerShell module no longer works

I went back to try that command and I started getting db out of date warnings, so I rolled the module back to be more in line with the RDM version we're at. Everything worked afterwards. I then changed Set-RDMSession with Set-RDMEntry and it's all still working. Thanks for the help, Chris

Hello VirTechSystems , Thank you for reaching out to the Devolutions support team. It looks like this cmdlet has something special, even the get-help returns a get-command. I will open an investigation ticket for this issue. I suggest using Set-RDMEntry instead of Set-RDMSession. Best regards,

PowerShell module no longer works

I'm not sure what is going on, but the `Set-RDMSession` cmdlet no longer works. ``` IsConnected : True IsOffline : False Name : Customers Type : SQLServer VERBOSE: [Set-RDMSession] Start Set-RDMSession: Z:\SCRIPTS\powershell\Create-RDMCredential.ps1:77 Line | 77 | Set-RDMSession $cr -Refresh -Verbose | ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | Your connection is not ready VERBOSE: [Set-RDMSession] Finish ``` I've rebooted the server multiple times, updated RDM, and updated the powershell module with the same result. It's not a permission problem as every other command works and I can do everything manually in RDM itself. Is there any way to figure out why this isn't working? Everything looks like it should work. Get-RDMOauthToken not working since version 2026.1.0

Improvements Added `-AlwaysAskForOldPassword` parameter to `New-RDMRepository` and `Set-RDMRepository` to require the current master password to be verified before it can be changed or cleared. Added `-MasterPassword` parameter to `New-RDMRepository` and `Set-RDMRepository` to protect the vault with a password. Added `-OldMasterPassword` parameter to `Set-RDMRepository` to supply the current master password when changing or clearing it on a vault with **Always ask for old password** enabled. Added `-Owners` parameter to `New-RDMRepository` and `Set-RDMRepository` to assign vault owners. Added `-SortPriority` parameter to `New-RDMRepository` to set the vault's sort priority. Added `-VaultSecurityLevel` parameter to `New-RDMRepository` and `Set-RDMRepository` to set the security level of the vault (DVLS only). Added `-Visibility` parameter to `New-RDMRepository` to control who can request access to the vault. Improved `PSRepositoryInfo` format to allow direct modification of more vault properties: `AlwaysAskForOldPassword`, `ContentType`, `Owners`, `SortPriority`, `VaultSecurityLevel`, and `Visibility`. Fixes Fixed an issue where `Get-RDMOAuthToken` threw a type initializer exception for `System.Text.Json.JsonSerializer`. Fixed DPS cmdlets failing on Linux with the error: `Microsoft.Data.SqlClient is not supported on this platform`. Fixed `Export-RDMOptionFile -Datasources` silently clearing datasource credentials from the current option file.

Devolutions Gateway Publish Revocation List via Powershell

When setting up new Devolutions Gateways, you need to "Publish Revocation List" in the DVLS web GUI before you can start using the new gateway. It would be great to be able to do this via Powershell, so you can setup and configure everything Devolutions Gateway wise automatically.

Hello tonyfredriksson , Version 2026.1 of the Devolutions.PowerShell module introduces the ability to configure gateway permissions and KDC-proxy settings. Regarding gateway permissions: Added New-DSGatewaySecurity to create GatewaySecurity objects, on which a gateway's permissions can be set Gateway cmdlets (the New/Update cmdlets for Gateway, VirtualGateway, and GatewayFarm) now accept these security settings under the 'Security' parameter Regarding KDC-proxy settings: Added New-DSGatewayKDCProxySettings to create KDC proxy configuration objects Added Convert-DSGatewayKDCProxySettings to extract KDC proxy settings from a gateway New-DSGateway and Update-DSGateway now accept KDC proxy settings with the KdcProxySettings parameter Best regards, Christian

NEW-DSPamAccount allow to create JIT Account

Hi jol, Thank you for your feedback! We understand the need to automate the creation of JIT accounts using New-DSPamAccount , especially when managing a large number of users across multiple customers. This is a valuable suggestion, and we will definitely consider adding support for creating JIT accounts directly through the PowerShell module. That said, this is not something we’ll be able to implement in the short term. However, we’ve added it to our roadmap and will keep you updated on our progress as things evolve.
