Welcome to our home! We take pride in offering a clean, peaceful, and well-maintained space. Please review the rules below to ensure a smooth and respectful stay: 1. No Parties or Events (Unless Approved) No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed unless explicitly approved by the property owner in writing. Unapproved events will result in a $500 fine and immediate removal from the property without refund. 2. No Smoking or Vaping Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home and near entryways. Violation will result in a $300 deep-cleaning fee. 3. No Pets Pets are not permitted at any time. Violation will result in a $250 fine and potential cancellation of your reservation. 4. Quiet Hours: 10PM – 7AM This is a quiet neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum indoors and outdoors. 5. Registered Guests Only Only the individuals listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. No unregistered visitors. 6. Restricted Areas There is no guest access to the garage or basement. These areas are locked and used for storage and maintenance only. Tampering with locks or accessing these spaces is prohibited. 7. No Tampering with Technology Do not unplug, disable, or tamper with WiFi routers, smart locks, or exterior security cameras. Tampering with property technology will result in a $250 fine and could lead to cancellation of your stay. 8. Fire Pit & Outdoor Use Please use the fire pit responsibly. Never leave it unattended and ensure it is fully extinguished after use. 9. Trash & Recycling Dispose of trash and recycling in the bins provided. Instructions for pickup and sorting are included in the house manual. 10. Towels There are 2 towels per guest per stay. Anything above that, the guest is encouraged to bring their own. 11. Lake Access Disclaimer Guests may use the shared neighborhood lake access path at their own risk. This access is not maintained or monitored by the property owner. By using it, you acknowledge full responsibility for your safety. The property owner is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur while using the lake access path or while at the lake. Lake towels are not included.
