Fluxatic™ Global wasn’t born from a boardroom plan — it was born out of necessity.
A necessity to use technology not just as a tool, but as a force that empowers people, sparks creativity, and actually makes life easier. We wanted to build solutions that worked beautifully, solved real problems, and did it all in a way that felt fun, stylish, and unmistakably “Fluxatic.”
The Genesis of a Global Brand
Etymology
The name Fluxatic is a portmanteau of two words: “Flux” and “Ecstatic”.
Flux is a concept in physics that stands for constant movement, evolution, and innovation that drives us;
Ecstatic stems from the energy, excitement, and obsession we bring to everything we create.
It’s who we are at our core—always building, always improving, always thrilled to push what’s possible.
Behind the Logo
Our logo visually represents our ethos, inspired by the mathematical symbol "Phi" which is used to denote Flux in Physics.
Phi's value is also a special irrational ratio called the "Golden Ratio", a mathematical value that is frequently found in nature and represents symmetry and is frequently used in human centric design. The Golden Ratio's ideology & geometry was heavily used in the design of our logo.

Meet the Founder
A Serial Entrepreneur, Creative Technologist, and Expert Speaker, Shawn Kenneth Fernandes is best known as the founder of Fluxatic™ Global, BridgeAura Tech Summit, CreativeJoule, and Shawn Kenneth Digital Studios. He serves on the Board of Advisors at TEDxPanaji, is an active member of the Goa Technology Association, and collaborates with the Government of Goa on multiple initiatives.
A TEDx Speaker and #LeaderOfChange Awardee by The Times of India, Shawn has been featured in Business Goa, Republic India, Incredible Goa, Rolling Stone India, and more.
A Computer Engineer from the Goa College of Engineering, he has worked with global agencies like WPP, VMLY&R, and The Glitch, contributing to leading international brands. Through Fluxatic, he continues his mission to create meaningful digital impact through innovation and transformation.
