Q. Do I need to be an Australian or New Zealand resident to participate?
A. Yes, this promotion is only available to Australian and New Zealand residents who purchase from a Fluke Australia authorised distributor located within Australia and New Zealand. Free items redeemed during this promotion will only be sent to valid Australian and New Zealand shipping addresses.
Q. Can I redeem my free item(s) after 23 January 2026?
A. Yes, as long as the initial purchase was made between 03 December 2025 and 23 January 2026, customers may redeem their prize(s) at any time before COB 15 February 2026. The redemption form will close after this date.
Q. How do I know who Fluke Australia authorised distributors are?
A. To see the full list simply head to fluke.com/en-au/where-to-buy or ask the store you are considering purchasing from. Some smaller brands and wholesalers may also fall under our listed distributors.
Q. If I made my purchase via the Fluke Australia online store, do I need to redeem my free item(s)?
A. Yes, please submit your redemption with your proof of purchase.
Q. How long will it take to receive my free item(s)?
A. Please allow 6-12 weeks from the time of redeeming for delivery.
Q. If I purchase more than one Fluke product, will I qualify for the spend level promotion?
A. Yes, due to the nature of this promotion, you may qualify for a spend level by purchasing either one, or multiple Fluke items, to redeem the applicable reward. Either method will be accepted when completing the redemption form, as long as the total spend in AUD including GST on any Fluke product(s) qualifies for a spend level.
Q. What is considered a “valid proof of purchase receipt”.
A. To be considered valid your attached receipt must detail the store where you made your purchase, the date you made your purchase, and the specific Fluke product you purchased. All orders must be paid in full at the time of redemption to be considered valid. Fluke Australia will not accept packing slips.
Q. Can I use a PO Box address?
A. We would prefer that you do not use a PO box address for your delivery address as it can cause issues in providing our customers with a proof of delivery. If you have no alternative delivery address, please submit your redemption as normal with the PO box address and contact us at auinfo@fluke.com to arrange your delivery.
Q. Can I choose to receive the bonus item for a lower tier reward than my actual spend, if I qualify for a higher level?
A. Yes, If your spend qualifies for a higher reward level, you may choose the option for the bonus item of a lower tier if this is your preference. Simply choose the redemption item of your choice when completing the form. For example, total amount spent qualifies for spend level 3, but you would like to choose a gift from spend level 1 or 2. Please note, you cannot choose a higher spend level reward if you qualify for a lower spend level. For example, total amount spent qualifies for spend level 1, you cannot choose to redeem the gift from spend level 2 or 3.
Q. My purchase falls just outside the promotional period, is it still eligible?
A. No. Unfortunately, the promotion start and end dates are absolute, and any purchases made outside of this period are considered ineligible. Fluke Australia holds multiple promotions throughout the year, so please check if your purchase may fall under one of our other promotions.
