Knock Knock, What Does Not is heading to Soho… to throw a day party. On Feb 1st, we’re taking over the Little Violet Door, coz f**k partying into the early hours of the morning – Sunday afternoons are where it's at.
Our DJs are movers and shakers from the international queer scene, with Berghain, E1, Lost Village, Fabric and Glitterbox under their belts. Expect house, techno, disco, acid, soul and funk.
Knock and you’ll get three DJs that refuse to behave like it’s a Sunday:
Bestley - a DJ trusted by names like Annie Mac and Jessie Ware, and handed the reins by Horse Meat Disco when it matters. Bestley have built a reputation for reading rooms, and getting them on their feet. Bestley’s sets pull from disco, house, soul and funk, but never feel too safe. It’s music with gloss and grit in equal measure — seductive, controlled, and quietly commanding.
Boys’ Shorts don’t rush. The dynamic duo from Greece, Tareq and Vangelis, are known for extended, emotionally intelligent sets that delay gratification rather than shoot from the hip. Drawing inspiration from house, slow-burn techno, acid and disco, they favour tension over theatrics and groove over gimmicks. Their sound and approach have earned them support from the New York Times as artists shaping the global dance floor — not by chasing trends, but by trusting taste and perfect timing.
VKampouris operates just off the obvious path. CTO by day, boundary-bending techno DJ by night, his sets are defined by restraint and depth. Warm, textural house with a darker undercurrent, delivered patiently and without unnecessary extras. A DJ who values mood over momentum, and understands that the most memorable moments often arrive when you least expect them.
Doors open at 3pm, and energy stays high until 11 pm. See you behind the door x
