Getting Started
What is EverythingDid?
EverythingDid is your beauty group chat, but organized – a place to book stylists, shop your faves, and swap glow-up tips with other women who get it.
Do I need an account to use EverythingDid?
You can browse without an account, but you’ll need a free profile to book appointments, join forums, and post in the news feed.
How do I create an account?
Click Sign Up in the header, enter your details, and confirm your email. Once you’re in, you can set your profile photo and basic info from My Account → Profile.
Bookings & Stylists
How do I book a stylist or artist?
Use Shop or the booking links on a vendor’s page, choose your service, date, and time, then confirm your booking and payment.
Where can I see my upcoming appointments?
Go to My Account → Bookings to see upcoming and past appointments, reschedule (if allowed), or view details.
What is the cancellation / late policy?
Each stylist sets their own cancellation and late policies. You’ll see these on the vendor’s page and at checkout. If you’re unsure, contact the stylist directly before booking.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently process payments securely through Stripe, which usually supports major debit/credit cards. Availability may vary by region.
Who charges my card – EverythingDid or the stylist?
Payments are processed by EverythingDid on behalf of the stylist. Your receipt will list the details of your booking and the vendor.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are handled according to the vendor’s policy. If you believe there’s an error, reach out to the stylist first. If you still need help, contact us using the Report a Problem form.
Community & Forums
What can I do in the forums?
Forums are where you can ask questions, share routines, drop receipts, and give the girls product reviews and recommendations. We keep it cute, kind, and organized.
Are there any community rules?
Yes. No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or sharing someone else’s personal info. Keep it respectful, on-topic, and 18+. Violating our guidelines may result in content removal or account restrictions.
Can I post photos in the feed or forums?
Yes – as long as your content follows our guidelines and you have the rights to share the photos.
Account & Privacy
How do I change my email or password?
Go to My Account → Settings to update your email, password, or notification preferences.
How do I delete my account or request my data?
Visit our Data Deletion page for instructions on exporting your data and requesting account deletion.
