Thank you to @snohd, AIDS Project Snohomish County, and Snohomish County Executive Dave Somers for joining us in celebrating World AIDS Day.
The refurbished memorial on the county campus goes to show the care our community has for those affected by HIV/AIDS.
We hope to continue spreading awareness and education to one day heal the world from this disease.

Join us on December 1st at the Snohomish County Health Department as we come together for World AIDS Day-a time for remembrance, reflection, education, and community.
Doors open at 4:30 p.m. for refreshments, displays, and activities, followed by Welcome & Reflections from Dr. Lewis at 5:15 p.m. At 5:30 p.m., we’ll begin a walk to the AIDS Memorial, and conclude with speakers and a remembrance gathering at 5:45 p.m. on the Snohomish County Campus.
Let’s honor those we’ve lost, support those living with HIV, and reaffirm our commitment to awareness, compassion, and action. ❤️🕯️
This year for Transgender Day of Remembrance, Dirty Jobbs Productions is partnering with The Ice Cream Bar to put on a fundraiser for Trans Lifeline (translifeline.org).
On Thursday, November 20th, 2025, we will be coming together at The Ice Cream Bar (2810 Colby Avenue, Everett, WA) to celebrate and honor our transgender siblings no longer with us while raising funds for a good cause.
Please join us at 6:30pm for an all-ages, family-friendly drag show featuring a fully transgender cast of performers! Following the show, at 8pm we will begin the candlelight vigil. There will also be non-profit organizations on site with all of their information and resources available.
Trans Lifeline is a national non-profit organization, run by trans people for trans people, dedicated to improving the quality of trans lives by responding to the critical needs of our community with direct service, material support, advocacy, and education. Their vision is to fight the epidemic of trans suicide and improve the overall life outcomes of trans people by facilitating justice-oriented, collective community aid, and connecting trans people to the community support and resources we need to survive and thrive.
To raise funds for Trans Lifeline we are encouraging a $10 door admission for those who are able to donate, however no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Additionally, we will be selling custom ‘Stonewall Still Stands’ t-shirts designed by local transgender artist, Moreaphobia Prints. All proceeds from door donations and t-shirt sales will be donated directly to Trans Lifeline.
