What is DPS Revive?

With DPS Revive, we aim to reduce waste in the ski industry by refurbishing and reselling your old skis, giving them a second chance at the slopes, and rewarding you with a credit towards the purchase of a brand-new pair of skis on dpsskis.com. 

Why DPS Revive? 

DPS Revive is a win-win program that encourages sustainability and offers skiers a practical way to upgrade their gear. By choosing DPS Revive, you can keep a ski out of the landfill, and have the benefit of a credit toward a new pair.

How does it work? 

DPS Revive gives you the chance to trade-in qualifying used skis (without bindings) for a credit towards new DPS gear. We accept all models of DPS Skis. We also accept skis from other brands, as long as they're from 2018 or newer. Credits range from $50-$650 depending on the condition of the relinquished skis (see table below).

Upon receipt, DPS puts the returned skis through a 10-point tune process and treats them with PHANTOM Glide, our waxless solution for on snow performance, before putting them back up for sale. 

This program is available for U.S. customers only, and credits can only be redeemed online at dpsskis.com.

What skis can be traded-in? 

New for 2025, skis from any brand are eligible for trade-in. If you trade-in a pair of skis from a different brand, please note that the model must be from 2018 or newer to be accepted into the program. We will accept DPS Skis from any year — because they’re built to last. DPS Skis are, after all, Investment Grade.

How much will I get for my DPS skis?

Full Carbon Skis (Kaizen, Pagoda Tour, Pisteworks, Pagoda, Lotus, Powderworks, Alchemist, Pure, Pure3, Tour1):
New (never skied or drilled): $500 - $650
Excellent: $400 - $550
Good: $300 - $450
Fair: $200 - $350
Poor: $100 - $250

Hybrid Foundation or Koala Skis:
New (never skied or drilled): $200 - $350
Excellent: $150 - $300
Good: $100 - $250
Fair: $75 - $200
Poor: $50 - $150

How much will I get for my non-DPS skis? 

Once we receive your ski, we will evaluate it with a tiered approach based on its condition. This will range from new to poor condition. Once the condition is determined, you will be receive a credit based on the following percentages of the original MSRP price for each ski.

New (never skied or drilled): 30% of ski's original MSRP
Excellent: 25% of ski's original MSRP
Good: 20% of ski's original MSRP
Fair: 15% of ski's original MSRP
Poor: 10% of ski's original MSRP

What would cause my traded-in skis to be rejected? 

-We will not accept skis that have been drilled more than two times.
-We will not accept non-DPS skis that are older than 2018. Please double check that the model was not produced before 2018. (We accept DPS Skis from any year.)
-We will not accept broken or unskiable skis.
-We will not accept skis that have been mounted with inserts (Binding Freedom, Quiver Killer, etc).
-Please note that if the product you send us is ineligible, you will not receive a credit. If you have questions about product eligibility prior to sending, please reach out to us.

How long does it take to receive my credit? 

Once your gear arrives, we will send you a delivery confirmation email.  From there, it should take about 3-4 weeks before your skis are processed, and your credit is issued. We will then send you an email with your promo code to redeem your credit on dpsskis.com Please note this credit is only valid on our website, and not at any authorized dealers. You cannot use your credit to purchase used DPS Revive skis.

Credit Information:

-For non-DPS skis traded in, a maximum of $400 in credit can be applied toward any single ski purchase.
-For new Full Carbon DPS Skis, a maximum of $650 in credit can be applied toward any single ski purchase.
-For all other DPS Skis, a maximum of $500 in credit can be applied toward any single ski purchase. 

Are my DPS Revive skis covered under DPS warranty? 

Used, DPS Revive skis purchased from Geartrade will not qualify for DPS warranty programs.
