CheapTooltip is exactly what it says, cheap tooltips. Nothing fancy like images, page content, or even JavaScript in them, pure CSS. Be wary of content shifts and general jankiness while using this stylesheet. This will take the title and (if any) data-tips attribute of any element inside the article container and then use that for the tooltip.

This stylesheet is surprisingly compatible with mobile. The secondary goal of this tooltip stylesheet is to include mobile and touch compatibility, while still being 100% written in CSS. The tertiary goal is to include somewhat of a compatibility with other tooltip scripts (like the ones listed below).
