v 1.15: amended clause 7 to say that we will upload a bill to a portal of your choice if we agree to do so, and that we do not offer LEDES billing.
v1.14: amended clause 14.9, to clarify that, if you use AI or other similar tools to summarise or modify our work for you, you are responsible for the consequences of doing so.
v1.13: amended clause 7 so that, if you charge us to use an invoicing platform, we can recover this charge from you as part of our bill. It doesn't seem at all reasonable that we should have to pay to submit an invoice for our work.
v1.12: amended clause 12, to change references from the EU GDPR to the UK GDPR.
