What happens if the AI extracts something incorrectly?
Accuracy is typically 95%+ for structured CVs, slightly lower for very creative layouts. Every processed CV includes the original file, so you can always check. You can also edit any extraction in the Word export. We're constantly improving the extraction and welcome feedback on edge cases.
Is candidate data secure?
Yes. We're hosted on EU servers (Hetzner, Germany), fully GDPR compliant, and offer a Data Processing Agreement for customers who need it. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't train AI models on your data.
Can I customize the output template?
Currently, we offer a professional standard template that works well for most use cases. You can add your own logo and brand colors. Full template customization is on our roadmap for later this year.
What if I run out of credits mid-month?
You can purchase additional credits anytime without changing your plan. Extra credits don't expire and are used only after your monthly allocation runs out.
How does team access work?
You create a workspace and invite team members by email. They'll get their own login and see all CVs in the shared library. The workspace owner manages permissions and billing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period. You can export all your data before leaving.
