CF Open Season 2026

  • The Open starts today. Three weeks of workouts begin now: Fri, 27 Feb – Mon, 16 Mar.
  • Athletes can register via this link and select CrossFit Ceylon as your affiliate. We look forward to seeing many of you on the leaderboard.

Class change Overview:

  • From Sat, 28 Feb and throughout the month of March there will be no Olympic Weightlifting class on Saturdays @ 08:00AM.
  • On Sat, 7 March there only be one class: Endurance @ 09:30AM. The Powerlifting class will be removed due to the Bench Press Competition taking place on this day. If you would like to support our members taking part in this competition please do keep a look out for announcements for more details.
  • Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Classes: Please note there will no BJJ kids class on Tue, 17 Mar and on Fri, 20 Mar. There will be no BJJ Adults classes on Fri, 20 Mar.

  • Ladies Retreat @ Palm Hotel, Ahangama
    • We are planning a special Ladies Retreat for two nights (15 – 17 May 2026) led by Coach Alexi.
      More details with pricing packages will be released soon.
