제1조 (총칙)

(주)쿠키플레이스(이하 “회사”라고 합니다)는 회원의 정보를 소중하게 생각하고 보호하기 위해 최선을 다하며 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호에 관한 법률 등 관계 법령을 준수하고 있습니다.

제2조 (방침의 명시, 효력 및 변경)

1. 본 방침은 사이트에 회원으로 가입하는 시점부터 효력이 발생합니다.
2. 회사는 본 방침의 내용을 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 자와 회원이 알 수 있도록 서비스가 제공되는 사이트의 초기화면 및 회원가입 화면에 게시합니다.
3. 회사는 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 관련법을 저촉하지 않는 범위 내에서 본 방침을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정된 방침은 적용 일자 및 개정 사유를 명시하여 서비스 화면에 공지합니다.
4. 회원은 개정된 방침에 동의하지 않을 경우 회원등록을 해지할 수 있으며, 개정된 방침의 효력 발생일로부터 7일 이내에 거부의사를 표시하지 않고 서비스를 계속 사용할 경우 개정된 방침에 자동으로 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
5. 개인정보처리방침과 이용약관의 개인정보 관련 항목이 경합할 경우 이용약관의 내용이 우선해 적용됩니다.

제3조 (용어)

본 방침에서 이용하는 용어는 이용약관의 용어를 그대로 따릅니다.

제4조 (개인정보의 수집 및 이용)

1. 회사는 회원의 개인정보를 필요한 시점에 따라 최소한으로 수집합니다. 수집한 정보는 사전 고지한 범위 내에서만 사용하며 회원의 사전 동의 없이 목적과 범위를 초과하여 이용되지 않습니다.
2. 회사는 원활한 서비스 운영 및 회원 보호를 위해 개인정보 자동 수집 장치를 이용해 다음 개인정보를 수집합니다.
   1. 방문에 이용한 IP, 방문에 이용한 브라우저 쿠키, 방문에 이용한 브라우저 및 기기 정보
3. 회사는 원활한 커미션 계약 진행 및 알림 발송을 위해 위해 신청자에게 다음 개인정보를 선택적으로 제공받습니다.
   1. 이메일 주소, 이름, 휴대전화번호, 생년월일
   2. (간편 결제 수단 등록시) 결제는 전자결제대행사(PG사)를 통해 카드번호 및 카드 비밀번호 앞 2자리 등의 정보를 수집하여 처리되며, 회사는 원칙적으로 회원의 결제수단 정보를 직접 저장하지 않습니다. 필요 시 PG사로부터 결제 토큰 등 대체 정보를 제공받을 수 있습니다.
4. 회사는 원활한 커미션 계약 진행 및 알림 발송 및 대금 정산, 세무 처리를 위해 커미션주에게 다음 개인정보를 필수적으로 제공받습니다.
   1. 이메일 주소, 이름, 휴대전화번호, 생년월일, CI, DI, 주민등록번호, 계좌번호 및 은행명
5. 회원이 사전에 마케팅 정보 활용 동의를 한 경우 회사는 적법한 절차를 거쳐 위 개인정보를 마케팅 목적으로 활용할 수 있습니다.
   1. 회원이 마케팅 정보 활용 동의의 철회 의사를 표할 경우 회사는 이를 지체 없이 처리합니다.
6. 회사는 본인확인(KYC), 부정 이용 방지, 거래 안전성 확보, 분쟁 대응, 서비스 보안 유지 등을 위해 본인인증 서비스를 제공할 수 있습니다. 이 과정에서 아래 개인정보가 수집 또는 이용될 수 있습니다.
   1. 이름, 휴대전화번호, 생년월일
   2. 신분증 종류/정보, 신분증 이미지 (앞면)

제5조 (개인정보 자동 수집 장치의 설치 및 운영)

1. 회사는 개별적인 맞춤 서비스를 제공하기 위해 이용정보를 저장하고 수시로 불러오는 쿠키를 사용합니다. 쿠키는 웹사이트를 운영하는데 이용되는 서버가 회원의 컴퓨터 브라우저에게 보내는 소량의 정보이며 회원의 브라우저 내에 저장되기도 합니다.
2. 회원은 브라우져의 설정을 통해 쿠키의 사용 여부를 결정할 수 있습니다.
3. 회원은 쿠키의 설치 및 수집에 대해 자율적으로 선택할 수 있습니다. 따라서, 웹 브라우저에서 옵션을 설정함으로써 쿠키 저장을 거부할 수 있습니다. 쿠키의 저장을 거부할 경우 서비스 이용에 어려움이 발생할 수 있습니다. 쿠키 설정 방법

제6조 (개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간)

1. 회원의 개인정보는 개인정보 수집의 이용목적이 달성된 후 즉시 파기됩니다.
2. 단, 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률, 통신비밀보호법 등 관계 법령에 의하여 보존할 필요가 있는 다음 일부 정보의 경우 회사는 일정한 기간 동안 개인정보를 보관합니다.
   1. 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록 (5년)
   2. 대금결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록 (5년)
   3. 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 대한 기록 (3년)
   4. 사이트 접속에 관한 기록 (3개월)
3. 회사는 사이트 부정 이용을 방지하기 위해 다음 일부 개인정보를 서비스 종료시까지 보관합니다.
   1. 이메일 주소, CI

제7조 (개인정보의 파기절차 및 방법)

1. 회사는 수집한 회원의 개인정보가 이용목적을 달성한 경우 지체없이 즉시 파기합니다.
2. 회사는 종이에 출력된 개인정보의 경우 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각하는 방법으로 파기합니다.
3. 회사는 전자적 파일 형태로 저장된 개인정보의 경우 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 이용하여 파기합니다.

제8조 (개인정보의 제공)

1. 회사는 회원의 사전 동의 없이 수집한 개인정보를 제3자에게 공개하거나 열람하게 하지 않습니다.
2. 단, 관계 법령에 의하여 수사상의 목적으로 관련 기관으로부터의 자료 제출 요구를 받은 경우 등 관련 기관으로부터의 적법한 요청이 있을 경우 내부 절차를 거쳐 최소한의 정보가 동의 없이 제공될 수 있습니다.

제9조 (개인정보의 처리 위탁)

1. 회사는 원활한 개인정보 업무처리를 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁하고 있습니다.
   1. (주)다날: 서비스 이용을 위한 휴대폰 인증 서비스 제공
   2. (주)아임포트, (주)토스페이먼츠, (주)비바리퍼블리카, (주)KG모빌리언스, (주)다날, (주)헥토파이낸셜, (주)네이버파이낸셜: 포인트 충전을 위한 전자결제수단 제공
   3. (주)쿠콘: 수익금 정산을 위한 계좌인증 및 입금이체 서비스 제공
   4. (주)링크허브: 수익금 출금 시 수수료 현금영수증 발급
   5. (주)슬로워크: 수신 동의 여부에 따른 이메일 발송
   6. 엔에이치엔클라우드(주): 수신 동의 여부에 따른 카카오 알림톡 발송
   7. Amazon Web Services, Inc.: 데이터 저장 및 서비스 운영
   8. Google, Inc.: 데이터 저장 및 서비스 운영
   9. Functional Software, Inc.: 오류/크래시 모니터링 및 로그 수집
   10. Mixpanel, Inc.: 서비스 이용행태 분석
   11. Shufti Pro Limited: 본인확인(KYC) 서비스 제공
   12. Zendesk, Inc.: 고객문의 접수 및 처리
2. 회사는 개인정보를 국외에 위치한 서버에 저장하거나, 해외 수탁사에 제공(조회 포함) 또는 처리 위탁할 수 있습니다. 회사는 국외로 이전되는 개인정보도 국내와 동등한 수준으로 보호되도록 관리하며, 해외에서 제3자에게 추가로 제공되지 않도록 필요한 조치를 하겠습니다. 국외 이전은 안전한 서비스 운영에 필수적인 인프라 이용 및 기능 제공을 위해 필요하므로, 국외 이전을 거부할 경우 주요 서비스 이용이 불가합니다. 국외 이전을 거부하기 위한 탈퇴 절차는 크레페 도움센터를 통해 문의 부탁드립니다.

제10조 (개인정보의 관리책임자 및 민원 처리)

1. 회사는 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄해서 책임지고, 개인정보 처리와 관련된 회원의 민원 처리 및 피해 구제를 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 관리책임자를 지정하고 있습니다.

Privacy Policy

Article 1 (General Provisions)

Cookieplace Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) values and strives to protect its members’ information and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and other relevant laws.

Article 2 (Publication, Effect, and Amendments of the Policy)

1. This policy takes effect from the moment a user registers as a member on the site.
2. The Company posts the contents of this policy on the initial screen of the service site and the member registration page so that prospective users and members are informed.
3. The Company may amend this policy within the bounds of applicable laws when deemed necessary, and any amendments will be announced on the service screens along with the effective date and reasons for the amendment.
4. If a member does not agree with the amended policy, they retain the right to terminate their membership. If the member continues to use the service without expressing refusal within 7 days from the effective date of the amended policy, it will be deemed that the member has automatically agreed to the amended policy.
5. In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service regarding personal information, the provisions of the Terms of Service shall take precedence.

Article 3 (Terminology)

The terms used in this policy follow the definitions provided in the Terms of Service.

Article 4 (Collection and Use of Personal Information)

1. The Company collects members’ personal information to a minimal extent, only as necessary. Collected information is used strictly within the scope previously notified and is not used beyond the stated purpose without the member’s prior consent.
2. For smooth service operation and member protection, the Company collects the following personal information via automatic collection devices:
   1. IP address used to access the site, browser cookies used during the visit, and information about the browser and device used.
3. For smooth commission contract processing and notification delivery, the Company may optionally obtain the following personal information from clients:
   1. Email address, name, mobile phone number, date of birth
   2. (When registering a simple payment method) payment is processed through a payment gateway (PG) provider, which collects and processes information such as the card number and the first two digits of the card password. In principle, the Company does not directly store members’ payment method information; however, where necessary, the Company may be provided with alternative information, such as payment tokens, by the PG provider.
4. For smooth commission contract processing, notification delivery, payment settlement, and tax processing, the Company must obtain the following personal information from artists:
   1. Email address, name, mobile phone number, date of birth, CI, DI, resident registration number, bank account number, and bank name
5. If a member has previously consented to the use of their personal information for marketing purposes, the Company may use the above personal information for marketing in accordance with legal procedures.
   1. If a member withdraws consent for marketing use, the Company will process this immediately.
6. The Company may provide identity verification (KYC) services in order to verify identity, prevent fraudulent use, ensure transaction safety, respond to disputes, and maintain service security. In the course of such process, the following personal information may be collected or used :
   1. Name, mobile phone number, and date of birth
   2. Type of identification document and identification information, and an image of the identification document (front side)

Article 5 (Installation and Operation of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices)

1. The Company uses cookies to store and retrieve user information in order to provide personalized services. Cookies are small pieces of information sent by the server operating the website to the member’s browser and may also be stored within the member’s browser.

2. Members can determine whether to allow the use of cookies through their browser settings.

3. Members may freely choose whether to allow the installation and collection of cookies. Accordingly, members may refuse the storage of cookies by configuring the settings in their web browser. However, refusal to store cookies may result in difficulties in using the Service.

Article 6 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)

1. Members’ personal information will be destroyed immediately once the purpose of collection has been fulfilled.
2. However, in accordance with relevant laws, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Protection of Communications Secrets Act, the Company retains certain information for a prescribed period as follows:
   1. Records related to contracts or withdrawal of subscription (5 years)
   2. Records related to payment and supply of goods or services (5 years)
   3. Records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution (3 years)
   4. Records of site access (3 months)
3. To prevent fraudulent use of the site, the Company retains certain personal information until the service is terminated:
   1. Email address, CI

Article 7 (Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information)

1. When the purpose of collecting members’ personal information has been achieved, the Company will destroy it immediately.
2. Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
3. Personal information stored electronically is destroyed using technical methods that make recovery impossible.

Article 8 (Provision of Personal Information)

1. The Company does not disclose or allow access to collected personal information to third parties without prior consent from members.
2. However, in cases where a lawful request is received from a relevant authority for investigative purposes or in accordance with related laws, minimal necessary information may be provided without consent following internal procedures.

Article 9 (Outsourced Personal Information Processing)

1. To ensure smooth personal information processing, the Company outsources certain tasks as follows:
   1. Danal Co., Ltd. : Provides mobile phone verification services for service use
   2. I'mport Co., Ltd., Toss Payments Co., Ltd., Viva Republica Co., Ltd., KG Mobilians Co., Ltd., Danal Co., Ltd. : Provide electronic payment methods for point recharge
   3. Kukon Co., Ltd. : Provides account verification and transfer services for revenue settlement
   4. Linkhub Co., Ltd. : Issues cash receipt for withdrawal fees
   5. Slowalk Co., Ltd. : Sends emails based on consent status
   6. NHN Cloud Co., Ltd. : Sending KakaoTalk messages based on consent to receive notifications
   7. Amazon Web Services, Inc.: Data storage and service operation
   8. Google, Inc.: Data storage and service operation
   9. Functional Software, Inc.: Error/crash monitoring and log collection
   10. Mixpanel, Inc.: Analysis of service usage behavior
   11. Shufti Pro Limited: Provision of identity verification (KYC) services
   12. Zendesk, Inc.: Receipt and processing of customer inquiries
2. The Company may store personal information on servers located overseas or provide (including grant access to) or entrust the processing of such information to overseas contractors. The Company will ensure that personal information transferred overseas is protected at a level equivalent to that applied domestically and will take necessary measures to prevent any further provision to third parties abroad. As overseas transfer is necessary for the use of infrastructure and functions essential to the safe operation of the Service, refusal of overseas transfer will make it impossible to use core services. To refuse overseas transfer, users must complete the withdrawal procedure by contacting the CREPE Help Center.

Article 10 (Personal Information Manager and Complaint Handling)

1. The Company is fully responsible for the processing of personal information and designates the following Personal Information Manager to handle members’ complaints and provide solutions related to personal information processing:
